Paging Market Research »
I've seen a few advertisements for the new Hummer H2. They all caught my eye; there was something about them that said to me, This isn't your typical heaping brute of an SUV, this one's got something. And, looking at it a little closer, I figured it out: It looks like a toy truck! Who could resist that?
(With apologies to the Ford F-350 Tonka.)

One day, they'll be rounding up all the SUV owners and ship them off to Oregon for "resource sensativity training."
Until then, many a housewife and 30-something post-frat boy males will continue to squander not only our oil, but our roads, parking spaces, and patience.

I saw one of these today while maneuvering around a parking lot filled with huge trucks and SUVs all nearly that size. They're absolutely huge. And very toylike, yes. I haven't seen the H2 commercials, but the Saturn VUE commercials are very explicit in their this-is-a-toy message.
This comment has no point.
