Day 0Well. So here it is. Entry No. 1. I remember, the first time I registered a domain, Register.com congratulated me on "joining the Web community." All it took was $70, and I was in! So, of course, having long been here (on the web), my first post on this site is a mere formality. Forking over the $70 sure was less tedious than setting up Movable Type, but I suppose not as thrilling. I think I've pretty much got it working, though no doubt any experienced coder would grimace at some of my hacks — all I know about CSS I got from reading source files.... Anyway, this is it. I'm still working on the other pages for this site; they'll be arriving shortly. Hopefully all of v.1 will be up within a week. It feels good. November 28, 2001 11:57 PM Comments
